1. General Information
Cegin Diego’s Kitchen (“we”, “our”, “the restaurant”) operates as an independent tapas kitchen based within Allports Café on the Maes in Pwllheli. By booking a table, dining with us, or using our services in any form, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Bookings
Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.
We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak times and holiday periods.
Walk-ins are welcome, but seating is subject to availability.
For parties of 6 or more, a booking deposit may be required to secure your table.
We reserve the right to release your table if your party is more than 15 minutes late and you have not contacted us.
3. Deposits & Pre-orders
For large groups (6+), a deposit of £10 per head may be required.
Pre-orders may be requested for parties over 10 people.
All deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before your reservation time.
4. Cancellations & Amendments
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or significant reductions in group size may result in loss of deposit and/or a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible.
5. Menu & Dietary Requirements
Our menu changes seasonally and may vary without prior notice.
Please inform your server of any dietary restrictions or allergies when ordering.
While we take every care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Some dishes may contain nuts, gluten, dairy, or other allergens.
6. Payments
We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and contactless payments.
All food and drink must be paid for in full before leaving the premises.
A discretionary service charge of 10% may be added to tables of 6 or more.
7. Vouchers & Promotions
Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Only one offer or voucher can be used per booking, unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers must be presented before ordering and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Behaviour & Conduct
We strive to create a relaxed and welcoming environment for all guests.
We reserve the right to refuse service or ask individuals to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or unsafe to staff or other guests.
Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
9. Liability
We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Cegin Diego’s Kitchen will not be held liable for any injury or illness arising from the consumption of food on the premises, except where required by law.
10. Use of Premises
Cegin Diego’s Kitchen operates within the Allports Café building and shares facilities such as toilets and outdoor seating.
Guests must respect the premises, staff, and fellow patrons.
11. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during bookings will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection laws.
