At Cegin Diego’s Kitchen, we take great pride in the quality of our food and service. All dishes are freshly prepared with care and attention, and we strive to ensure every guest has a positive experience.

 

 

1. 

Refund Eligibility

 

We understand that issues can occasionally arise, and we will consider refund requests under the following circumstances only:

 

Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong dish or an item is missing from your order.

Quality Issues: If there is a genuine fault with the food (e.g. undercooked, burnt, unsafe to eat).

Emergency Cancellations: If you have a confirmed booking and need to cancel due to unforeseen emergency circumstances, and you notify us as early as possible.

 

Refunds for the above situations are granted at the discretion of management. We may request photographic evidence or require the item to be returned for inspection where applicable.

 

 

2. 

Non-Refundable Situations

 

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

 

Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after ordering or booking.

Taste Preferences: If you do not enjoy the flavour or seasoning of a dish but the food is otherwise correctly prepared.

Late Arrival or No Show: Deposits for group bookings or reservations may not be refunded if your party fails to attend or cancels outside the required notice period.

Portion Sizes: If you feel the portion size is not to your personal expectation, but it is in line with our usual service standards.

 

 

3. 

How to Request a Refund

 

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please:

 

Speak to a staff member during your visit, or

Contact us within 24 hours of your experience by emailing [Insert Email] with the following details:

 

Date and time of your visit

A description of the issue

Photos (if applicable)

Your contact details and receipt/reference (if available)

 

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 working days.

 

 

4. 

Refund Method

 

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for the transaction to appear on your statement.
